Your custom renovation journey begins with a 15-minute conversation where we learn about the direction of your project. Next, we'll visit your home to discuss the overall project scope.
Design
Once you sign our Design Agreement, we can begin the Design Phase of your project. Our work product for this phase includes architectural drawings, design selections ranging from paint colors to fixtures, and a comprehensive scope of work with a fixed price or cost+ contract.
Build
When we begin the Build Phase, you will have a Project Manager who will lead all aspects of the build team. He will coordinate schedules, communicate with the team and ensure the quality of the project. We will be with you at every step until your project is completed.
