Story
Nestled at bend of the Saluda River, Riverbend Construction embarked on a mission to enhance the beauty, livability, and enjoyment of the Upstate by investing decades of construction talent.
The Payne Family has a rich history of craftsmanship. Starting when he was four, in his Dad's cabinet shop, Westan began to learn the art of cabinetry. Cabinetry led to framing; framing led into every aspect of construction. Now, as a residential builder with a lifetime of experience, Westan applies his keen eye for detail and exceptional craftsmanship to every project.
Jennifer comes from a long line of builders too. Her formative years were spent helping her family build large-scale commercial projects and healthcare facilities. Jen has a talent for making things beautiful by combining fixtures, features and design all while keeping in budget.
Together with their grown children and select tradesmen, the Paynes invest their talents to make your vision a reality.
